Sea Salt vs. Table Salt

What's the buzz on sea salt? When I compare the sodium content - it is actually higher than regular?

My reply:
The sodium content is not the same in all sea salts. For instance. i have a Nutra Salt brand and the sodium content on that is 118 mg. vs. the 590 on some sea salts from the grocery store.
The big difference between the two is that sea salt is not as processsed as table salt, therefore the flavor is much better. Also, there is a lot more iodine in regular salt and a minimal amount in sea salt.

I hope that helps!
